I come by my interest in nonprofit founders honestly. Not only am I a founder myself, but in my work as a lifecycles consultant, I have come to appreciate the founder’s essential role in his or her nonprofit’s organizational development.

Professionally and personally, I cared enough about this subject to conduct research on dozens of nonprofit founders through my doctoral work and beyond.
